The is the perfect get away stop . It was so quiet and peaceful. Literally everything and anything you need is 10 minutes or less away . It was so clean . The host were very responsive and nice .

Good location, a little remote from downtown PHX which is kind of nice, if you like peace and quiet with easy access to downtown like me. A/C came in very handy since it gets hot in Arizona. Just 20 minute walk to the Chase Field and Footprint Arena if you care about sports like me. Nice cozy affordable place!

The hosts made the process very easy from check in to check out. Upon arrival we felt right at home. The unit was very spacious and welcoming. There was a nice shared patio in the back to enjoy your morning coffee while the sun came up and your evening beverage while the sun set. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Phoenix. The city is within walking distance. Uber scooters are also available everywhere for a quick trip to and from downtown.

This was a first for my son and I and it was a great experience. ❤️ Thank you for the great price as well! We hope to stay in the same place next year around the same time - The distance to the convention center was perfect and it was local to so many different restaurants and stores! It was a peaceful neighbor and the family who stays there was so sweet!
